Leafy Black Cat

A piece of art to sit above your door.

A wooden cat door topper. It is approx 27cm tall and 6mm thick. Stained black on one side and natural pale wood on the other with painted white leaves. Designed to sit upright on the corner of a door frame.  Available for left or right corner (your left or right as you stand facing the door).

Each piece will be slightly different due to being hand finished, and with differences in wood grain.

Display Tips:

• Place on a flat, even surface

•Because no surface is completely flat or stable, and wood can naturally warp over time, this will need to be secured using fixings to keep it in position and prevent it from falling. As every home and surface is different, fixings such as adhesives aren’t included — you’ll need to choose a method that’s appropriate and reliable for your environment.

• Keep away from heaters, stoves, fireplaces, or open flames and be mindful of this when considering here the topper might land were it to fall off it's perch
• Indoor use only. Not for use in damp or outdoor areas.

Select an adhesive or fixing that is suitable for your surface, and secure enough. Please test any adhesive on an inconspicuous area first to ensure it does not cause damage to your walls, paint, or wallpaper.

PLEASE NOTE: I cut these shapes using a laser cutter, and as a result of this method sometimes there can be a bit of a burnt wood odour lingering if you receive a "freshly made" topper. If you notice this, they just need a bit of an airing - any odour will dissipate over time.
